Introduction

The Hierarchical Data Format (HDF) is a data format similar to a file system that enables the rapid storage and organization of large amounts of data. In order to execute a program for searching water transfer coefficients and obtaining these coefficients for fluid research in the brain and kidneys, the Python package for HDF5, specifically h5py, is used. It is employed to manage the extensive scattering of points required by the Monte Carlo method. Additionally, MPI (Message Passing Interface) is integrated through mpi4py to perform parallel computation, thereby accelerating both computation and storage speeds. Consequently, it is necessary to establish a set of instructions for the parallel installation process of HDF5.
